  2.                   READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY

  4. This version of The Guest Registry uses different communications
  5. routines than earlier versions. It is designed to be even easier
  6. and more flexible in setup, however the command line has changed,
  7. so if you're upgrading, be sure to read the file "upgrade.doc" and
  8. also review the "guest.doc" file. Most notably, the executable name
  9. has changed from "GR.EXE" to "GUEST.EXE". 
  10. You may delete the "GR.EXE".

  12. This is an intermediate release. Since it will still be a while
  13. before all the features planned for 3.0 are implemented, I decided
  14. to go ahead and release this version (2.5) with the additions that
  15. have been made so far. I'm always interested in hearing comments
  16. and suggestions.

  18. As always, back up your entire Guest Registry directory before
  19. installing a new version.
